During the implementation of our new software, a glitch has occured that has sent a system email to those of you who have already completed an annual disclosure. We are looking into a solution to prevent future emails. Please accept our apologies for any incoveniences this may have cause you.

Why is this happening?
Cayuse has a function called "Campaign Manager". This function was activated after some of you already completed your disclosure. Because of this, the system is not recognizing your disclosure as a valid disclosure for this period.
What is being done to fix this?
We are looking into our options to manually recognize your disclosure as complete for the cycle.
Do I need to complete a new disclosure?
We are trying to find a way to "recognize" your previous disclosure as valid for the current disclosure cycle. At this time there is no need to complete an additiona disclosure. Future reminders are not scheduled until August, which gives us about a month to resolve this issue.
