IRB blackout period from April 18th to May 2nd due to transfer from IRBIS to Cayuse for IRB submissions. Starting with April 18th users will not be able to submit new studies, modifications, or renewals in IRBIS, but they will be able to access and view their existing studies. Cayuse will receive submissions; however, we will not be reviewing submissions until the end of the blackout period.
