Things have not slowed down in the IRB Office! We are currently working our way through an unusually high number of studies at this time of year. With the holiday break upon us, we need to set realistic expecations about your reviews:
Any submissions received this week will likely not be reviewed in completion before the break.
With IRB members on break, this could slow down our turnaround futher if we are waiting on comments.
The office will be closed December 22-26 and January 1. We are on LIMITED staffing December 27, 30, 31, January 2 and 3.
Therefore, studies received December 15 or later may not receive review results until after the New Year.
