IRB System Availability January 16-22 Updated

Happy Friday!

The IRB submission system (IRBIS) will be updated on Monday January 21 to reflect changes to the application imposed by the new regulationsYOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG IN on the 21st.

The IRB Office will stop accepting new submissions, renewals and modifications on Wednesday the 16th.  Anything we receive prior to that will be reviewed in accordance with the current regs--after January 19 everything will apply to the new regs.

You will have full access to IRBIS and your studies until the 21st.  You can respond to IRB letters and revise your studies and return them.  You can also create or edit any drafts.  When the new application updates it will affect any study under draft or review.  So on the 22nd your draft may look different!

When the system is updated there is a potential for downtime while the Adminstrators work out any issues.  We hope to be fully functional on Tuesday January 22nd barring any unexpected problems.
